Interior Design
Renovation, designed for value.
Our in-house renovation and interior design service is led by Alessandro Pompei, who has completed more than 15 residential projects across Rome. We approach every project with a clear purpose: to create a beautiful property that works for the way it will be used.
Designed around your property
For investment
Our main focus is investment properties. We design and renovate apartments around what the Rome rental market is looking for — from layout and finishes to furniture and styling.
The objective is simple: create a property people are willing to pay more to stay in.
Whether the strategy is short-term rental, Airbnb or a premium longer-term rental, Alessandro works closely with our real estate team to understand the target market and make renovation decisions with income potential in mind.
For your home
For clients purchasing a property through our Buyer’s Agent service, we can also manage the complete renovation and interior design of their new home.
We take the time to understand how you want to live and transform the property into a finished home that reflects your style while making the most of the apartment.
From project to completion
We work with two trusted building teams in Rome, with Alessandro personally overseeing the project from start to finish.
From sourcing and ordering furniture, materials and finishes to coordinating deliveries and following the builders on site, we manage the details, timelines and execution — ensuring the finished property matches the original vision.
One team. From purchase and renovation to a finished property ready to live in or put on the market.
